Cancel or change an order
Every piece is printed to order, so timing decides what can still be changed.
Before production starts
If your order has not gone to print yet — usually within 12 hours of checkout — we can cancel it for a full refund, or change the size, color, or shipping address at no cost. Email us your order number as soon as you can.
Once printing has started
After a piece is printed it is made for you, so we cannot cancel the order or change its size, color, or design. If it arrives with a defect, the Return & Refund Policy covers a reprint or refund instead.
