Production, shipping, sizing, and what this demo does with an order.
How long until it ships?
On a live order, production is 2–5 business days. Standard delivery inside the United States is another 5–8 business days. Express is 2–3 business days after production.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. Checkout only accepts a US street address, state, and ZIP code.
What is the return policy?
Defective print or construction can be returned within 30 days and we cover the label. If the size is wrong and the piece is unworn with the tag on, you can send it back within 14 days. You pay that return label unless we sent the wrong item.
How do the sizes run?
Use the size guide. Tee and hoodie numbers are garment measurements in inches, not body measurements. Hat sizes are head circumference. Between hoodie sizes, size up if you plan to layer.
Will the color match the photo?
Photos are a guide to the cut and the color family. Screens differ, and dye lots shift a little. The swatch next to the color name is the closest solid.
Which promo codes work?
NORTHLINE10 takes 10% off the merchandise. WELCOME15 takes 15% off. One code at a time. Codes do not discount shipping.
Is this a live store?
No. Northline is a demo storefront. Your card number is checked for length and then discarded. Only the last four digits are saved in this browser, with the order. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed.
How do I track an order?
Use the order number from the confirmation page and the email you entered at checkout. Tracking reads orders saved on this device. It will not find an order placed on another computer.
