Shipping and returns

Production

A live Northline order is printed after checkout. Production takes 2–5 business days, not counting weekends. You will not receive a tracking number during production. Tracking starts when the carrier scans the parcel.

Shipping methods

Standard is $5.95 and arrives in 5–8 business days after production. It is free when the merchandise total, after any promo code, is $75 or more.

Express is $14.95 and arrives in 2–3 business days after production. Express is never free.

We ship to the United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO boxes in this demo, and we do not ship internationally.

Returns for a defect

If the print peels, the garment is damaged, or we sent the wrong size or color, email us within 30 days of delivery. We send a return label and reprint or refund the order, including the original shipping you paid.

Returns for a size change

Unworn pieces with the tag attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. Refunds cover the merchandise, not the original outbound shipping, unless we made the error.

Because the piece is made to order, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind after the print has been worn, washed, or altered.
